Resolved VM Multi-Variants - Duplicate Variations?

Hi Guys, I'm having a slight issue regarding Multivariants. The import works fine, the option box appears (I only need 1 option at the minute) but when I choose an option another box appears which has the option and then next to it says 'No additional Charge'. I have attached my import file,debug log and screenshots. Im sure it is something ridiculous on my part. So advice would be most welcome.

Hello Donna,
Your import file and your debug log looks all good. Tried a test import with your file on my test site and it went good and can see the options on frontend without an issue. Do you see any javascript error on page? Can you check it with firebug console and send a screenshot?
