Hi Roland,

I'm trying to import a VM3 product file with abt 2300 records. At some point (around 1500-1600 records, it depends on the limit tab settings-basically the lines import) i get the attached error and the import stops.

I also attach the limit tab settings.

Unfortunately when i try to download the log is always empty (not only for this import but for all; it seems like a bug). If you can fix this, i can also send the log for checking.

Thanks!,
Chris

Hello Chris,

The error line indicates you are importing multi-variants, is that the case? If you can post a sample of the file you are importing and the debug log that would help. I know you said the debug log doesn't download but I assume you can see it on your site? If so, could you copy paste it into a text file and post it?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

Yes this is case. See attached part of the file( all rows are there, but only the columns related to the multivariants are there)

Regarding the log, i'm getting the following error for now when i try to display it:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /public_html/administrator/components/com_csvi/models/logs.php on line 721

I'm looking for some workaround.

Rgrds,
Chris

Hello Chris,

Ok, the log is too big to download it seems. You can find the log in the logs folder if you go there with FTP. You should be able to retrieve the file that way.

Can you also post me a screenshot of how you have setup your multi-variant field? I would like to recreate the field and run your import file here to see what happens.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

Thanks for the tip, the log file is indeed very big, i send it to your email, because it cannot be attached here.

I also attach a screenshot from the setup of the mulativariant, hope it helps.

Rgrds,
Chris

Hello Chris,

The debug log did not attach, I am not sure if you zipped it because you can't attach php files. If the zipped file is still too big, please email it to me.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Chris,

This was a real braincracker :) It turned out the real issue was that you have the = symbol in your values, this caused havoc. All should be solved now with the attached patch file you can load via the Maintenance menu.

Let me know how it goes.
