Resolved Virtuemart Users Info Blank Export

Hi,

I'm currently having some issues with exporting from the Virtuemart Users Info area. No matter what template fields I use or settings that I change it exports a blank csv.

Please find the details below:

Version of the extension you are using: VirtueMart 3.2.14
CSVI version (Latest is not a version number): CSVI Pro 7.6.2
A copy of the template you are using: Please find attached csvi_templates_20180711.xml
Collected debug information: Please find attached com_csvi.log.25.zip

I have been able to successfully complete a Joomla users export but not sure why this one isn't working.

Hello,
You are not seeing users because your VirtueMart users are not assigned to any shoppergroups. In your export template on Options tab for Shopper group name filter set it as No assigned shoppergroups and save the template. Run the export and check.

Hi tharuna,

Actually I think i have come across another slight issue. In the export there are quite a few addresses of users missing.

When I look up the user within Virtuemart, it does show that they have an address stored in the database but it doesn't appear in the export.

Would you happen to have an idea what this might be occurring?

Hello,
There is nothing wrong i could see with your debug log. Can you do a custom table export of #__virtuemart_userinfos table by adding all the columns of this table and send me the export file? We can check for the users address from the export file. Also tell me the user for which you are not seeing the address details.
