Resolved Virtuemart user export not exporting all

Are you trying to export all users or a subset of users? The log shows you are trying to export users where the block is set to 0. CSVI also exports only the users that have no shoppergroup assigned. That seems to be a lot of them. You could also select the shoppergroups to change this behavior.

I'm trying to export all users. The block option is working correctly.
In the Template options I set Shopper group name to "All shopper groups" - so is this a bug?
When I manually set the shopper group to the available groups, the result remains the same. Only 11 users exportet...

It is impossible for me to say what is right or what is wrong as I don't have the dataset. Can you post the debug log of where you have selected the shopper groups?

There are a number of options. First the option No assigned shopper groups will export users that are not assigned to any shopper group. Then there is the All shopper groups which exports all users that are linked to a shopper group and finally there is the list of available shopper groups any of those selected will export users from this shopper group.

These 11 users must be in a shopper group. The other users, how many are those?, is there anything special about them?

VirtueMart shows that users are assigned to Default Shopper Group in Shoppers page but if you click on the user edit link, what do you see in Shopper group field?

The query in debug log says that your users are not assigned to any shopper group. Can you check that?

Yes because only these 9 users should have been assigned to default shopper group.
