hi. my export file dont contain user details. it was working before. now i updated to latest version core and vm addon and it stop worked. i also let run update on available fields

Hello,
As per the debug log you are trying to export orders with status as 'O' and there is only one order with id 189 which has been exported. Is that right that you have only one order with order status as O? Is there a shipping address entry for this order in #__virtuemart_order_userinfos table?

yes. its my own order status for orders to delivery.. now just one.

yes.. there are shipping details in this order. (im not sure if in db.. but its in vm order details)
as i said.. i build this template some time ago and it was working fine on 3my eshops.. than i make some updates csvi/joomla/vm and this issue starts..

If you are seeing it in VM order details then it should be there in db.

as i said.. i build this template some time ago and it was working fine on 3my eshops.. than i make some updates csvi/joomla/vm and this issue starts..

There is no reason i see for it to not work unless something has changed in database. Can you send me the mysql dump of your VirtueMart tables? You can send it as an email to tharuna@csvimproved.com. Also send the export template XML file, to get the template XML file go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in first option and Backup templates in second option. Select your export template and click continue. Post the downloaded XML file.

Hello,
Before you send me the MySQL dump of your VirtueMart tables, I have added some log details to the attached patch file to check the output of your query. This will tell us the values of user details read from your database. Can you load the patch file and run the export? Please post the debug log of this export so i can check on these user details.

Your debug log says that the user details from database are coming empty. I would like to check the records in your database. Can you send me a private message of your site's administrator access details and FTP details?
