Hello,

I have a problem with product images.

In the Product Import template, in image tab, I leave "Location product files" blank and I get the path in the csv file.
When I run the import, it add the path images/stories/virtuemart/product/ and I have the message image has not been found.

When I run Image Import with the same parameters in image tab, it don't add images/stories/virtuemart/product/ and it works.

How do I do with only Product Import?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Jef

Hello Jef,

The product import should still find the image but since you didn't post the debug log and a sample of the import file, I can't tell you more than this.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hey Jef,

With these files I see now what is going on. Since you left the field empty you will see the placeholder specifies the path being used, which is images/stories/virtuemart/product/. This is then prepended to your filename. If all your images start with images/shop_image/product/ you could use that as path. CSVI will skip the part it finds as duplicate. Otherwise you could also set the path to ./ which is the basepath.

That should get you to import the images.
Kind regards,

RolandD
