Hello,

I need to export the additional images.

I'm using the product export, but the images are exported all in one fields.
I created 5 fields, one for each image.

How can I have each image in each field?

Thanks.

Hello,

I created 5 fields, one for each image.
I am afraid it doesn't work like that. Each field contains all the data.

How can I have each image in each field?
What you could do is apply a rule on the image field where you replace the CSVI separator with the export separator. So let's say the CSVI separator is | and your export separator is a comma. In the replace rule you find the | and replace it with , then in your export file all the images will be in their own column.
Kind regards,

Hello Roland,

yes, I know.

I tested the rule before open the post, but no success.

I always have double quote like this: "";"" where I replace the , and the next columns forward...

Thanks.

Hello Davide,

Please show me what your output is before the rules and I will check that. What do you see after you apply the rule?
Kind regards,

Hello,

What I am thinking is that you don't use the double quotes as text enclosure but apply a rule to the fields you want to use them. For example description you can add a rule to add a double quote at the beginning of the field and one at the end. So this is still quoted. As for the images, they would just keep their semi-colon so that field looks like abc.jpg;def;ghi.jpg.

That should give you a valid CSV with the images in their own fields.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

i did it.

Everything is right, but if the images are 3, instead of 5(number of columns), the next columns are wrong...

Thanks.

Hello,

That is why the images should be the last field to export. In that case it shouldn't matter how many columns you have. You can add extra column headers for the other images and just use the field custom as export field and leave it empty. If there are 3 images instead of 5, the last 2 columns will just be empty.
Kind regards,
