I had seen this tutorial, but in this one, the only required field is product_sku.

Hello Jef,
The product_sku is the only required field to create a product, the rest is optional. The example at the bottoms shows a few more fields and of course the Fields tab has more fields as well.

Hello,
There is no such list as a "complete" product is different for everybody as it depends on what kind of product you are selling. However the easiest way to relate to the information usually is to create one product manually or take an existing product and export all the fields using the Quick Add option on the Template fields page.
You can then see where which piece of information is and it should make sense as to which fields you want to manage.
