Hi,
I have a problem with virtuemart product price import (see video attached).
1. There is a product which has no prices.
2. I import prices with RO CSVI
3. I go to product and all prices are added.
4. Then I delete all prices manually, so that there are no prices anymore and save.
5. I do import again,
6. I got to product and no prices are added.
Why is this?

Hello,
Thank you for posting the debug log. Debug log shows there are 6 prices inserted for one product with SKU 410-13-SZ-TS-F, which means prices are added on import. I did the steps you posted in your initial post and i am not able to reproduce the issue. Please post your template XML and sample of your import file to check. To get your template XML file, in RO CSVI maintenance menu select RO CSVI on first option, backup templates on second option, select your template and download the XML file. Post the XML file.

Hello,
Are you using VirtueMart 3.8 version? I am asking this because VirtueMart in its 3.8 version has introduced new has_ fields which are needed to be set to value 1 to show prices, images, categories and manufacturers. RO CSVI does not support these new has_ fields with 7.16.1 version. When you add price manually VirtueMart updates these has_ fields and so price show.
I have attached the patch file for support of these fields which are going to be included in our upcoming RO CSVI release. Please load the patch file and then try the import. See if you see prices after that.

Hi,
again we have a problem with price import. We had this before, we could not find out why, but suddenly it was working again.
Please see the video. When I import price, it says it was successful, but when going back to product, there is no price. When I add a price manually and do import again, the prices are updated correctly.

1. Which VirtueMart version you are using?
2. Did you import prices first time using RO CSVI or added it from VirtueMart manually?
