Hi there,

We have strange differences in our Matomo statistics that do not agree with the information in the backend of VM, so I wanted to export the orders to find out where the differences come from.

I ran into multiple errors concerning the execution time and memory limit so I raised the limits and only exportet the orders from the last two months and only the order number to see if I have a misconfiguration in the template. With the execution time set to 10 minutes it finally worked but in the CSV there were over 65.000 lines (for appr. 150 orders). Every order has 232 lines.

Do you have an idea what went wrong.

CSV there were over 65.000 lines (for appr. 150 orders). Every order has 232 lines.

Your export file is getting duplicate orders and so you see those lines. Read the document Use of Group by and Sort by fields on how to avoid duplicate rows in export. In your VirtueMart Orders export template set virtuemart_order_item_id in Group by field and run the export. See if that solves your issue.
