Resolved Virtuemart Order and User export doesn't works

Hello,

I can't export my virtuemart order and vm users

I have this message in my generated csv : No data has been found for the selections made

I use CSVI 7.6.2 and vm 3.2.14

Can you help me?

Hello,

The reason you have no users exported is because your VirtueMart users are not assigned to any usergroup. If you set the usergroup filter to No usergroups the export will contain your users.

Hello,
Let us go by one export issue at a time. First is VirtueMart userinfo export. Are you saying you removed the filters and still it does not work? Can you post your last export debug log, only for this export?

Hello,
For VirtueMart Order advance export, you have not set the XML layout for fields as explained in the document Advance order XML export. Please follow the document and set the XML layout in your export template and then run the export.

Hello,
You have set filters for checking if the users are Enabled and Activated in your VirtueMart users Export template and on Options tab. Can you remove those filters and see if your export gets data?

Can you please post the debug log of your export? In the blue box at the top you can find how to get the debug log.
