I observed that the fields metaauthor, metarobot in the manufacturer import/update process, are not added or updated.
Why?
Can you help me?

I run the ultimate versione of RoCSVI 8.6.1 and VM 4.0.12/J4

we had already verified that in debugging the two fields were empty.
that's where the error is.

Hello,
Thank you for posting the requested files. From the debug log I see that metaauthor, metarobot fields are updated as empty. See the query below from your debug log.
When you select the import file what do you see in import preview page? Can you post a screenshot of it? Also post the template XML you are using for import. To get the template XML file, in RO CSVI maintenance menu select RO CSVI on first option, backup templates on second option, select the import template and download the XML file. Post the XML file.
