Hello,

I have the same problem. Virtuemart orders and categories export return always only one record.

PHP version 7.1.13
Joomla! version 3.8.4
VirtueMart 3.2.12
Database schema version 7.4.1

You can see attached files.

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Tahnks,

Vaclav

Hello Monica,
Attached is a simple VirtueMart Order export template with just two fields order_number and order_total. You can restore the template using Maintenance -> CSVI Pro -> Restore template option. Try and let me know.

Thanks Tharuna,

No, not all of the extensions on our live site are on the test. ;(

I did try it a week ago or so with virtually all other plugins disabled and no go, but will give that another shot again later tonight.

2 files attached.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can send through.

Thanks for all your help... Appreciated.

Monica

Hello Monica,

Besides the Joomla installation, are you sure the server setup on the test site is exactly the same as the live site? One thing that comes to mind is the PHP setting of output_buffering that may be different. Further the MySQL settings is something to check. If you run the export as a cron job, does it only output 1 record as well?
Kind regards,

Hello Roland,

The test site is on the same server and at that level they're identical. Things that differ will be each installations local .htaccess and .ini files plus some joomla plugins and templates.

I did try a few variations of PHP output_buffering and also just fired off your given CSVI template from a cron job but one line remains.

Is disabling plugins as good as uninstalling them? Think I might create an exact clone and if that jiggers the test site I'll work my way back switching things off one by one.

Good plan of attack?

Regards,

Monica

Hello Monica,
We would suggest you to create a test site same as your live site where you can reproduce the error and on the test site you can disable or uninstall plugins and see if it gets you a way out.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hey guys,

In our situation this problem was directly related to something that occurred in our database.

WHM, Cpanel settings, joomla's or VMs plugins were not the cause.

I can confirm that whatever happened in our db did not occur in the csvi tables.

We created a brand new site, reinstalled all the plugins, imported just the articles, recreated menus and imported the virtuemart bare minimum amount of tables and now everything is working as expected again.

Feel free to close this one now.

Cheers,

Monica
