Hi, is it possible to export and import my whole virtuemart installation in one run

Hello,
No that is not possible with RO CSVI. If you want to move entire VirtueMart installation then use import and export option in PHPMyAdmin.

Hello Lasse,

There is an option in RO CSVI to export all the VirtueMart core tables to an SQL file, but this can only be restored using a database manager like PhpMyAdmin. You will find that your shoppers will have invalid references to Joomla users as they do not exist.

As Tharuna pointed out, you can do the same in PhpMyAdmin, where you export all the virtuemart_ tables and import them into the other site using PhpMyAdmin.
