Good morning,
Upgrading from 7.12 to 7.13 gives me the following error:
"Error: No column headers have been found in the file" when trying to import any CSV file.
I've reinstalled version 7.12 which works perfectly.
In the 7.13 I have analyzed the file and gives me OK so I do not find an explanation.
At the moment with 7.12 it works but I can't update while I'm making a mistake.

Greetings,

Hello,
Can you post your import file and template XML to check? To get the template XML file go to RO CSVI Maintenance page, select RO CSVI in first drop down Backup templates in second dropdown. Select your import template and click on continue. Post the downloaded XML file.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Attached I send you one of the templates and the file.
The file contains headers so you have to avoid the template fields that are not so I can use this template for several files as long as they have header, or that's how 17.2 worked.
What I have observed that if you put yes in "Use file for configuration" the template says No in "Skip first line" and in any case always says that it does not find a file with headers.
Only if you add the headers to the template more less works but that does not want but what I need to work as before.
