Resolved User Import: Only the first line of the XLSX File is imported

Hi

For testing purposes, I have created a simple Excel file with the following fields:
email, username, name, group_id

I have described 3 lines. In the preview everything looks good. All 3 rows are displayed correctly. After the import, however, only the first line is visible under user.

Actually a simple task. But it won't work? What am I doing wrong again ;-(
In addition: How can I prevent the e-mail for the new users from being sent automatically?

Hi Christophe,

Glad to hear you figured out the duplicates, we would not be able to tell you that without the import file. So always post the import file or a sample of it for us to check.

How can I prevent the e-mail for the new users from being sent automatically?
RO CSVI does not sent out any emails when it creates users. So that should not be an issue then.

Sorry for the disruption. The problem is solved. It was my mistake, I had the same user name 3 times, so it could not work.
Only the question about the e-mail with the user/pw combination is still open.
