Resolved Uppercase first letter on All Caps

Hello there,

RE: rules

Uppercase & Lowecase work as expected, however, Uppercase first letter & Uppercase word when applied to for example: MERRYL output MERRYL. Is this logical and if it is, is there a way that I can use a rule to export MERRYL as Merryl ?

Hello Monica,
Uppercase first letter & Uppercase word when applied to for example: MERRYL output MERRYL.

You are trying to uppercase the letter which is already in uppercase. So output is MERRYL.

Is this logical and if it is, is there a way that I can use a rule to export MERRYL as Merryl ?

Create two operations, first operation is to use lowercase so the letters of the word becomes merryl, second operation for Uppercase first letter which will convert merryl to Merryl.
