Resolved Upgraded from 5.21.2 to 7.3.0,

I just upgraded from 5.21.2 to 7.3.0
Display errors No
Magic quotes runtime No
Magic quotes gpc No
PHP version 5.6.33
Joomla! version 3.8.3
Database schema version 7.3.0

For me to do a product export (BY CATEGORY, MANUFACTURER ETC) DO i have to change the template or create a template for each category I want to export separately?

I used to be able to choose the category, manufacturer etc upon export. That option is no longer showing.
Is that option no longer available?

Have a look at VirtueMart Product export document to know on how to create a product export template.

I used to be able to choose the category, manufacturer etc upon export. That option is no longer showing.
Is that option no longer available?

There has been a big change with interface and code from CSVI 5.21 version to version above CSVI 6. To add fields for export you need to do it from CSVI template fields page by selecting your export template or in your template settings on Fields tab click on Edit template fields button. This is also explained in the above linked document.
