Hi Roland,

I want to update to 6.5.0. But how does this work with the pro extensions.
How do I know if I need to update them?

Furthermore I work with the VM extensions, but there are different ones. You have the Virtuemart one, but also separated custom fields extensions. Which should I install?
And are they updated as well as the main csvi?

You can follow the upgrading instructions as explained in the document Installing or Upgrading to CSVI 6 Pro.

Also, you can even check CSVI updates using Joomla updater too.

Yes, CSVI 6 has been organised to have Virtuemart extensions separately. You need to install or update the main Virtuemart addon since you are using it and the custom fields plugins if you use them.
