Resolved Upgrade error

Hi, trying to upgrade from CSVI PRO to 7.3.0 to RO CSVI 8.6.0 I get this error message:

Internal Server Error

This is what the server log displays:

500 POST /xxx/administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&task=install.ajax_upload HTTP/1.1

When I try to access the "About" section I get this error::

500 Library path /libraries/Rocloud/src cannot be found.

I have Joomla! 3.10.11 and VirtueMart 4.0.12

Can you help, please?

Hi Rolandd, thank you for the tip. All the folders you mentioned had content except libraries/Rocloud. This folder was missing

Deleted them all and tried to install again with the same error

I checked again the folders and it seems that everything has installed except libraries/Rocloud

So I have uploaded this folder (libraries/Rocloud) via FTP and now I can run the extension. All my old templates are there

I thought there was some error but all seems ok again. I will let you know if I find any error. Thanks!
