Resolved Updating prices

Hi

If we need to update product details or prices, how would we import so it updates existing products rather than duplicating / creating new products?

Hello,

Creating or updating products is not related to the prices, it is related to the product SKU. If a product SKU exists, the product is updated unless you have enabled the option not to update existing products. If the product SKU does not exist, it is created unless you have enabled to option not to create new products.

As for prices, RO CSVI looks for an existing price, if it finds it, it is updated, if it is not found, the price will be added.
