i update the ROCSVI to the latest version but problem still occurs
I told you to update to latest RO CSVI version for updating single or multiple price. This will not solve the error you have with price.
when pricle_value is decimal(17,5) and my price is 9150000 why there should be error ?
Please
load the attached patch file and run the import. See if the patch file solves the issue. I noticed with HS price import template we are adding thousand separator to price and that is causing the error. That is the reason I asked for debug log so I could check on what is going on with import. I did not get the requested file so all I could do was guess the cause for error.
Let me know if patch file fixes the error.
