My updates are not working from within Joomla again. I have had to download each individually and install again. I have checked my license code is in the options but this does not work.
Was originally on 6.5.7 Pro and was updating the 6.6.0.

Hello,

Let's see what is going on because something must have fallen over in your installation as the update worked fine here. If you go to Extensions -> Manage -> Update Sites and filter on CSVI. How many sites do you see there and which ones?

Hey David,

Ok, so that screenshot looks all good. Next is to see if your download ID is stored in the database. If you know how using PhpMyAdmin for example, go to the table jos_updates and filter on the name with this query
select name, extra_query from jos_updates where name like 'CSVI%';
in the resulting list you should see CSVI Pro and in the second column a value like dlid=<your ID> The ID should be a 32 character string.

ok I will need to get the server login details from my client as not on my server.

But I can confirm that the ID is being saved in the CSVI options menu.

I do also have a development site which upgraded fine.
