Hi,
When We check for updates in the Joomla backend.
We get this warning:
Update: Could not open update site #39 "CSVI Pro", URL: http://www.csvimproved.com/updates/csvipro.xml
Update: Could not open update site #43 "HikaShop Addon", URL: http://www.csvimproved.com/updates/hikashop.xml
Can you tell us how to fix this?
Kind regards,
Lumiga

Thank you for confirming. I can tell you the issue as well. My server blocks requests that have no user agent set as it may be a bad request. So Joomla is sending the request without identifying itself and the server blocked the request. Time for me to fix Joomla

Kind regards,
RolandD

Hello Lumiga,
I have made a change to the server, can you give it a try now? I was able to get the update to show for me.

Hello Lumiga,
When you go to Extensions -> Manage -> Update Sites and filter the list on csvi which entries and which URLs do you see there?

Hi Roland,
After installing it twice, cleaning the cache, I still get this warning on the back-end.
Kind Regards,

Hello,
If a second try doesn't work, as there was just a hiccup. The issue may be with the update URLs. Since you can't change them in Joomla. The only option is to download the updates from the website and install them using the extension manager. You should then get the updated update URLs.
When you open the URLs yourself, you will see that they are fine as they open the XML.
