is it possible to update prices only if the sku is existing in Virtuemart without creating new products?
My csv that I import has all the products, the virtuemart shop, not.

In your template settings on File tab set Skip new items option to Yes and then do the import. That should avoid the processing of any new record in your import file. If you don't see this option, click on Advanced button on top corner.
