Hello,

I saw already a similar post, so I would like to know how far is the implementation to update order status with CSVI.

I see there is a possibility to import a csv with fields virtuemart_ordeer_id and order_status and I would like to know if this is already the option.

It would be possible also to let virtuemart send the email of status change automatically?

It's ready, are you having any issues with it?

That should work yes.

It would be possible also to let virtuemart send the email of status change automatically?
No emails are sent out because CSVI changes the database, it does not trigger anything in VirtueMart when changing the order status.

Hello,

I did some try and it's working. And its' fine...
I ask myself ( and other boarder) if would be possible to arrange a cron that every day at the certain time tell virtuemart to send an email status to all orders ( except "shipped";).
I think it's a virtuemart forum support question, but, who knows....

Hello Matteo,

This is indeed a question for the VirtueMart forum. As for me, I think the only way would be to create a script that sends out the emails. As far as I know there are no triggers for sending the emails.
