Resolved Update CSVI from 6.6.4 to 7, better strategy?

Can you tell me what do you think is the better method to update from 6.6.4 to 7?
Have I to Uninstall previous version or I can simple install v7 over old version?

Hello Erik,
You can just install CSVI 7 over your old version. There should not be any problem in doing so.

Installing over the old version, "CSVI Replace rule" plugin v6.6.4 is not deleted and remain active.
Have I to uninstall it?

Hello,
Yes you can uninstall it as there is a new Multi replace plugin which has come with CSVI 7 version. You can use this new plugin instead of replace plugin in your rules.

Hello,

You can also keep using the Replace plugin if it is in-use. Just know that this plugin is not PHP 7 compatible in some circumstances. The advice is to move to the new Multi Replace plugin but at this point it is not a requirement.
