Resolved Unable to import Virtuemart categories

It is not possible to import Virtuemart categories due to the fact, that there is no chance to assign category_parent_id and category_child_id to the fields of the CSV file. We have a tree of categories with 5 levels of subcategories. So your tool is absolutely useless.
We tried to sort the list of "Available fields" by "table", this is not possible. It always sorting by "CSVI Name".
While trying to select the appropriate fields of Virtuemart categories the tool does not list all fields available in the 5 tables and shows other fields, which doesn't exist in the Virtuemart tables.

Due to the fact that your tool is absolutely not usable for us and has a lot of bugs we want to get back our money.

It is not possible to import Virtuemart categories due to the fact, that there is no chance to assign category_parent_id and category_child_id to the fields of the CSV file.
Why would you want to assign the category IDs yourself? Have you read the documentation on VirtueMart Categories import?

Instead of using IDs which are controlled by the database, an option we don't recommend, we recommend using the category_path field. This field allows you to specify as many category levels as you like.

Did you run the Update on the Available fields page? Yes, the list has also fields that are not in the tables because we provide a number of our own fields.

Due to the fact that your tool is absolutely not usable for us and has a lot of bugs we want to get back our money.
As an extension that has been around for more than 10 years I am confident that the VirtueMart category import works as designed.
