Resolved Unable to import via template

Hello,

I am having trouble exporting products with CSVI Pro. I used the guide on your website to create an export template (https://csvimproved.com/support/export/204-virtuemart/1520-virtuemart-products-export) but I keep getting the following error message;

Status error: 500
Status message: error

Class '\virtuemart\com_virtuemart\model\export\product' not found

The template seems to get broken at a certain point. After the 'Edit template fields' step, the whole interface just disappears and the settings of the template are shown in plain html.

If you need any more specific information, please let me know.

Versions I use
Joomla v3.8.13
CSVI Pro 7.11.0
VirtueMart 3.2.8

Hello,

The error you get is because the file cannot be loaded.

First thing to check is if both CSV Improved and the CSV Improved VirtueMart addon are the same version. You can check his by going to Extensions -> Manage -> Manage and search on csvi. In the version column both need to be 7.11.0.

If the version is the same for both please check if the file plugins/csviaddon/virtuemart/com_virtuemart/model/export/product.php actually exists.

Let me know what you find and we can take it from there.
