Resolved Unable to import on php 5.4 or 5.5

Hi there,

I have been using CSVI import pro for a few months without any problems on a Joomla 3.6.0 website using php 5.4.
All of a sudden I went to import more information and I received the following error...

"An error has occured during the import. Below the information received from the server.
null"

I searched the forum, and found I should probably update my php version, which I did to 5.5.

When I try to import now it goes to the import screen but the seconds do not count up, it just stays blank indefinitely.
(Screenshot attached to show you the screen it is stuck on)

I have installed the latest version of CVSI Pro but still no luck.
Attached is the log from an attempted download, which I have to cancel or nothing happens.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

All of a sudden I went to import more information and I received the following error...
Something has changed on the server since you didn't change CSVI either. CSVI works fine with PHP 5.4 and up.

The issue is more likely with the server than with the PHP version. The screenshot has not been attached and the log shows an import instead of an export.

First would be to analyze the problem to see what happens. Have a look at the analyzer documents and see if they give any further information what happens with the import. Let us know what you find.
