I have created a custom Joomla field called QStatus. This is going to be an article custom field for J2Store product and will display in the description section of the page.. I see the field in the Available Fields list. What I cannot do is pull that field from the Quick Add to import to that field.

I manually added the field content for 1 product to confirm that the display is working as expected. I just cant get that field data to import to the custom field area.

Help! This is the last issue I have with this project import. Very critical.

Hello,

The custom field belongs to the Joomla article not the J2Store product. At this point Joomla article custom fields are not supported in the J2Store product import. So there is unfortunately no other way than running 2 imports. You can still use 1 file for the import but you will need to run 2 imports. This would mean you will need 2 templates, one for the Joomla article import with the minimum fields of alias, title, category_path and qstatus. The second template would be your J2Store import template, this template would just skip the qstatus field.
Kind regards,

No, the template is a J2Store import template. The field will be displayed around the product description. I have 1 file and 1 custom field. I cannot do 2 imports. There has to be a way to do this.....

Hello,

The only thing I can think of is that the wrong template is activated. As I have just tried the same thing. The template must be of the type Joomla Content. Try changing to another template and then back. If it still doesn't show up in the Quick Add, does it show up when clicking on New?
Kind regards,
