Which language file would I find the template options can be translated into text?

You can set the needed language in Language field in the screenshot you have posted. Is that what you are looking for?

Language, Split ordelrilne, Order ID start, Date field....: where is the linguistic constant (pl: e.g. COM_CSVI)? I can not find it: en-EN.com_csvi.ini, en-EN.com_csvi.sys.ini etc.

Ok, you want to translate the text of the fields. You can find them in plugins/csviaddon/virtuemart/com_virtuemart/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_csvi.ini file.

Hello,

The better option is to use the Joomla language overrides. You can create those by going to Extensions -> Language -> Overrides. See the Joomla language override documentation for more information.
