these are your instructions , but I can not import templates follow your instructions . No meeting or " process" or the option of running import / export template. I've lost all day and it sure is easy. Thanks for the guidance:

CREATING THE TEMPLATE

First we will create an import template in which we can store all our preference. Let's call the import page:

Go to Components
Go to CSVI / CSVI Pro
Click on Process
Now you are on the process page, this is where the import and export takes place.

Set import

It's time to tell CSVI what you like to do, under the Manual import/export set the following options:

Import
VirtueMart
Product Import
finally click on Go

Yes, you can find them on the Downloads page. It is just below the CSVI 6 download, link. See the description for instructions on how to install.

As for creating a template, see the Getting started guide, this has links on how to create a template, how to add fields. Once the template is created you will find it on the Export or Import page, depending on which type of template you made.
