Hello.
I'm try to load indexed files but i have allways the following error:
"There was a problem executing the function onBeforeicecatindex"
The 2 files in public_html/tmp/com_csvi/ icecat_index.gzip and icecat_supplier.gzip created but empty.
I checked more time the username and password of my icecat account.
i tried to not use gzip but the error is the same "There was a problem executing the function onBeforeicecatindex"
With use gzip = No and Load type = Single i have the error
"String could not be parsed as XML"
In my local server everything work as charm but in remote service i have problems
Any suggestion is welcome.

Hello,
That should get the indexes loaded.
In my local server everything work as charm but in remote service i have problemsThat says everything right, you have more restrictions on your server.
The 2 files in public_html/tmp/com_csvi/ icecat_index.gzip and icecat_supplier.gzip created but empty.Since you are able to load it fine on your local machine, I suggest you delete these files and upload the files from your local machine to the remote server. The files icecat_index and icecat_supplier are the ones you need to copy from tmp/com_csvi to the same folder on the server. CSVI then won't try to download them again and doesn't need to unpack them but can read them directly.
That should get the indexes loaded.
Kind regards,
RolandD

Im confirm the delete old files from my remote server and i upload the existing 2 files from my local server to remote server on public_html/tmp/com_csvi/

Hello,
For security reasons the DATA INFILE is not available. That is what they usually say but you don't need to use that. CSVI offers to import the file in a batched process. The other issue is to unpack the compressed file may need more memory than you have.
For the moment still upload via ftp 100Mb. Tommorow i'll let you know if work.Yes it's a big file. Keep me updated.
Kind regards,
RolandD
