Resolved The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_categories

When I ran an export that included multiple RSForms, which only had three entries, I got a resulting spreadsheet that contained the three entries repeated 37 times each.

When I tried to run maintenance - update available fields -- I get the following errors.

Duplicate entry 'vactivity_raw-user-com_users-import' for key 'component_name_table'
The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_categories. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.

When I click on the "Update the list" link, nothing happens.

When I went to the About Menu, I can see that all folders are writable. I click on Verify Database, and Fix menu, the problem is not resolved.

I'm using the latest version of everything, and I'm running PHP 8.3.19, and we are planning on installing PHP 8.4.5 next Wednesday.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Today, when I ran the Export Fxxx, 2025 Public Presentation export - it worked as expected.

That worked because I fixed the export.

Okay. I then changed the 2024 export to group by SubmissionID. However, I got duplicate spreadsheet records

SubmissionID is the column header but actual field name is SubmissionId. As I said earlier RSForm group by works only with core fields and so setting to SubmissionId would work. We are looking into this to work with column headers as well but in the meantime what you can do is go to RO CSVI template fields page and select 2024 export template. Look for SubmissionId field and edit it. Remove Column header which is now set to SubmissionID and save the field. Run the export and check if it works.
