Resolved The list of available fields is out-of-date - Errors

Hello,

We installed CSVi Pro v7.12 (Joomla 3.9.6/VM 3.2.15). We have installed the Virtuemart (+some other) addons

We see an error at the top:
The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_fields. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.
(the message above pointed to other extensions as well, until we tried to disable them to see if we could solve the issue, without success)

If we select to Update the fields, we run into a weird error, everytime (see screenshot).

This is on a fresh CSVi installation, with the default settings.

We uninstalled some CSVi extensions, now the extension complains about com_virtuemart.
(see attachment)

Hello,
At the beginning, we were getting the same error on com_contacts.
Then we disabled the CSVi Contacts extension and the error now points to something else.

Do you have Joomla custom fields added for Contacts extension?

We could give you backend access to our site to check for youself.

At the beginning, we were getting the same error on com_contacts.
Then we disabled the CSVi Contacts extension and the error now points to something else.

We do use custom fields, and I believe they use greek characters. Not sure about special characters like commas (but I will check).

We could give you backend access to our site to check for youself.

Hello,

Are you using any custom fields in your site? If yes, do any have special names, like with a comma in them? If possible could you list me the custom fields you are using?

I think there is a custom field name that throws things into a spin :)
