Resolved Template Waiting list

Good,
I am trying to create a template for customer notification and a site that already have the template I can choose the following fields:
Export/Virtuemart/Waiting list
Fields: notified, product_sku, created_on, virtuemart_user_id,notify_email, ...
However, in the new product_SKU I can not choose, nor product_name ... I do not know what to do to appear and I can add them to the template.

Try updating your available fields and see if it solves the issue.

I have already tried and failed aparacen these fields. I can make copies of the templates and then delete and reinstall everything.?

Before deleting and reinstalling, can you try to make a new template and see if you can see those fields?
