I need to export the list of subscriptions created with HikaSerial and HikaShop, but the HikaShop export template does not include the HikaSerial tables.
As I don't see the possibility to add a table in the HikaShop template, I want to create a RO CSVI template
I select the "hikashop_order" table as the main table and add the desired fields. When I export the data is present, it's ok.
But as soon as I add a second table to the model, even without doing a join or adding a new field, the data is not exported anymore.
I don't understand what I am doing wrong...
Can you help me?

Yes that is because we do not support HikaSerial extension in RO CSVI HikaShop addon.

When running export with your set of tables there is an error and can only be seen when debug log is enabled. I am guessing you do not have debug log enabled in your export template. To enable debug log How to collect debug information? document. Please load the attached patch file and run the export again. See if you see export data after that.

Thank you for your reply, indeed I had not activated the debugging log... sorry
I tried again (see attached images), the error displays the following message :
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'a4cq5_hikashop_order.order_id' in 'on clause'

Looks like you have not load the patch file sent earlier. Please load the attached patch file and run the export. Check if the error is gone.

Super thanks it works
I will be able to work on the Joomla.fr portal, it is still in Joomla 3 and was made with Seblod that we want to abandon, the join of tables will be important for the export ;)
