Hello,

After installing the latest RO CSVI 9.14.0 yesterday the Physics people images are not appearing this morning. This was an issue in the past that was corrected but apparently it has returned.

https://physics.rutgers.edu/people/faculty-list

The issue is with a Media custom field. The data source is the people_update_v2 view.

Here is an example of the value of the portrait field:

*** Update *** The people images appear when accessed from off-campus but not on-campus.

Now I see that the http://cgisvr.physics.rutgers.edu/cgi-bin/physdb/forsas/image.pl?andrei value is stored in the media field but for some reason the image is not rendering.

Hi Steve,
In your import template on Image tab set Save images on server to Yes, save the template and run the import again. Check if images show after that.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
