On two different websites on different servers I'm having the same issue. I go into my template and hit the Cron button the top right and nothing happens. I do see the following error in the console: Empty string passed to getElementById().

I'm using CSVI Pro 7.1.0 on Joomla 3.6.5

Hello,
Did you upgrade your CSVI from an older version? In CSVI 7.1.0 version there is no cron button in templates. The way of using cron has changed since CSVI 6 version so i guess you would have upgraded your version and your installation has messed up. Take a look at Installation or Upgrade to CSVI 6 document to follow the procedure to upgrade from CSVI 5.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Apologies about my previous post. I misunderstood with the cron button we had in our previous versions. But yes the way of using cron has changed and you can check the document Setting up cron job on how to run the cron job. I will take a look at the cron button showing error in console.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

After you click the cron button, go to the Source tab for example and it shows the cron value to use. This is also explained in the document linked by Tharuna.
Kind regards,
