Hi!
When exporting a Google shopping profile from Virtuemart we get this error after about 16 sec: TCP connection reset by peer
It doesn't matter if I include one small category, or 20 categories, it always happens.

It also happens through cron.

CSVI pro 7.12.0
PHP 7.1.30
Webserver with max exec time set to 180 and plenty of memory.

Hello,

Not sure what we can do about this. The error basically means that the server closed the connection and that is the end of it for CSVI then, other than reporting the error to you. Is it just that one template or any kind of export?

Since it happens also through cron, it is safe to say that the server is killing the connection as with cron you are entirely running on the server and not dependent on the browser. Can the hosting provider say anything about this? Do they see why the server kills the connection?

This won't be the execution time or memory since the connection is forcefully closed. Perhaps you are hitting some other limit, that would cause the server to close the connection. That is something the hosting provider may be able to tell.
Kind regards,

RolandD
