Resolved Tags are imported, but doesn't work correctly

Article tags are imported correctly, but doesn't appear in the tag module. After opening an article in the backend and saving it again, the tags appear in the tag module. It's annoing to open 86 articles and saving them to make article tags working. How can i solve the problem? Any ideas and suggestions are welcome.
