Hello,

Check your import template settings. On the File tab you have the I'm Mac option this must be set because Mac computers store the files in their own format which is not supported by default in PHP. Setting the option I'm Mac support for this is enabled.

The other option is to save the file with Windows or Linux line-endings.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,
Your CSV file is UTF-8Y encoded which means it is a BOM file. The Byte Order Mark(BOM) is an invisible 3-characters at the beginning and you can see it in your file. You have to first save your file as a normal UTF-8 file before doing the import.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
