Resolved Stockable Custom Fields mixed with Custom Fields for all

You don't seem to have CSVI stockable custom fields plugin installed on your site and so the custom fields are been processed which in turn is the cause for no drop downs. Download and install CSVI Stockable Custom Fields from CSVI Downloads page and then run the import again.

Well, actually I did already install it, but I also installed the "Custom Fields for All" plugin... are they compatible? I would think they were since they are made by the same organization. I am using both options on my products. However, just to be sure, I did download that again, install it again, update the available fields and try the import again, and there was no change. The product still has no selectable options. I have attached the log file of the latest import to see if that may shed more light.

Can you post the screenshot on the plugins you have installed? From Joomla admin menu, go to Extensions >> Manage >> Manage, in the search filter give the text stockable and click search icon. Post the screenshot of the list of plugins.

The problem is in your import file, in the parent product row in the custom_title column you have an extra ~ at the end of it which makes the count of custom titles and custom values not to match and so custom fields are not processed. Remove the extra ~ at the end and run the import again.

I am not sure where you see only one child option in the drop down list. I see two options in Metal choice and 5 in stone choice in the link you have posted. Can you confirm this?

Yes, but there should be 35 options all together. 7 metal types and 5 stone types. the ones there, I created manually by using the stockable custom fields and clicking the "add variation" button and setting each one up individually. My hope was that I could export then and see what I was missing. However, this did not happen, I could not see any difference in the connected items and the non-connected items. I must be missing something completely. if you look at the child products page, they are all there, all 35. They are published, they have prices, but they don't show up as purchasable combinations.

The problem is with your import file. In the parent row under custom_title column you have 'Ring Option' but it should be 'Ring Options' which is correct only with first value and rest are missing the 's'. You need to correct all of them and run the import again.
