I'm exporting my stock using product_sku and product_in_stock as the only two fields, however not all the stock is downloaded and the stock quantity is always zero. Logs attached. Please help.

There is an issue in CSVI 7 product export and the fix is coming with our next release. You can apply the patch file in this thread and your export should work after that. Try and let me know.
