At least once a month I update the ICECAT data but since yesterday I haven't been able to conclude. This is the error:

An error occurred processing the records. The error occurred is shown below if available. Additionally check your server log for any errors or warnings.{"success":true,"message":null,"messages":{"error":["MySQL server has gone away"]},"data":{" process":false,"url":"https:\/\/http://www.fatelettronica.it\/administrator\/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=maintenance","run_id":0}}

Hello,

The actual error is MySQL server has gone away. This is something other than the issue you had before where the data did not fit into the field. In this case there is not really anything we can do as it is the database itself that is no longer responding. You can check with your hosting provider if they can see if there is anything they can change to handle the volume you are pushing with the ICEcat data.

Not sure if this is viable with your host but even better would be to enable the LOAD DATA IN FILE option of the database server. In this case RO CSVI can load the complete file in 1 step.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Dear

I didn't understand these lines (Translation)

"Not sure if this is viable with your host but even better would be to enable the LOAD DATA IN FILE option of the database server. In this case RO CSVI can load the complete file in 1 step."

Describe to me better the steps of the procedure you mention

Hello,
LOAD DATA IN FILE is a setting in MySQL configuration file and can be enabled by your hosting provider. You can read through our Import ICEcat product information document which has details on how to enable this setting.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Dear Tharuna

Yes, now I remember, the server has been set up like this a long time ago, since I was working with J3.
I remembered that I had no problems after uploading the latest patch and then making the switch from PHP 8.0 to 8.1. Then the problem with this post arose.
Remembering the transition to PHP 8.1 I tried to go back to PHP8.0 and now I redid the "Load ICECAT indexes" and it was successful.
So I think I solved it with PHP 8.0

Thank you
