hi,
I'm having problems with the import of the products.
I configured everything perfectly, in fact, the export works great.
It appears to me that, during the import.
is a problem of my hosting or have I done something wrong in the configuration?
The debug logs are not available ...

Hello,
Please have a look at 500 internal server error document to find what is causing the problem. Also make sure you have PHP 5.5 version or above.

I tried to set the permissions 775 to 777 in tmp/com_csvi but the error continues to manifest itself.
These are the error log:
"AH01215: suexec policy violation:
End of script output before headers: rantai.php, referer http://www.mysite.it/test/administrator/index.php?option=com_csvi&view=import "
php 5.6
Joomla 3.4.8 with Virtuemart 3.0.14

I get Internal server error 500 in manual imports after updated to virtuemart 3.0.16. Manual import doesn't write anything to log but cron job does

Hello Paola,
The error is mostly because of permission issue. Make sure that your folders are set to 755 and files to 644 permissions.

In the end, I managed to solve the problem.
It was enough to reset all the correct permissions, from the management of the hosting panel.
