Hi,

I have this error after update to v. 7.7.0:
OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 104

I am exporting VM products to list in XML file.

I updated the fields after update, still error occurs.

What am I missing?

Hello,
The error shows that connection has been closed by server while doing export. When you updated CSVI to 7.7.0 version, did you also update CSVI VirtueMart addon to this version? Can you post the debug log of your export? To get the debug log check How to get debug information? document.

In your export template settings, you have set Export SEF to Yes on Options tab. What if you set it to No and try the export? Does it work then? Just wanted to check if this error has something to do with product_url field with SEF URL generation.

In CSVI Dashboard page, click on Options button and in the domain name check if https has been set.

Switched back Export SEF to yes and corrected domain name to https, now runs without error.

I guess everything is OK now. Thanks!

It takes about 60 s though, is this normal for 3140 items?

The export is taking time because of generating SEF URLs for so many products. To ease this process you can generate the SEF URLs before running the export and so export takes less time. To do that go to CSVI maintenance page, select VirtueMart in first option and Refresh SEF URLs in second option and click Continue.

We have an issue with CSVI maintenance select list in CSVI 7.7.0 version and that has been fixed with the patch file attached. You can load the patch file and then run the Refresh URLs option.

I think you are not able to see the Load patch file option as the issue is on the CSVI maintenance page itself. Can you copy the files in the patch file to your server on the exact location folders are placed in patch file? If you are having any difficulty, please send me the FTP details and i can do it for you.

Two things to check

1. If you set Enable SEF to No in your export, how long does the export takes?
2. If you know how to use PhpMyAdmin, Do you see entries in #__csvi_sefurls table?
