Hello,

I have setup multiple templates for import, There is problem with some character to store value in the database.
Some character is not stored properly in the database like: 'Sérgio' is saved with 'S?rgio' there is some other character aso store with '?'.
I insert the value manually in the database and it is working fine, So there is no problem with the database and database collation type.

Can you please help me more to resolve it?

I am using CSVI Pro: 7.2.3.
Joomla version: 3.7.4.
Database Version: 5.5.5-10.1.14-MariaDB
Database Collation: utf8mb4_general_ci
PHP Version: 7.0.18

Feel free to ask me if you need anything require from my side.

Thank you.

Hello,
Is your import file UTF-8 encoded? That should be the problem for the special characters not saving correct. You can check your file using CSVI Analyser and see if you can see the characters in there.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
