The double quotes are actually the standard of CSV files. If your program can't read such a CSV file then it doesn't follow the standards. Having said that, as you noticed it is possible to remove it on import, so I will check why it won't work on export.

The import system to our system is by field separator character ( (|) or otherwise. The system takes care that reference and the field if you quote (" as also the matter, and if a white as the chain would start with a target.

That isn't a problem if you look at the CSV specifications. If you have inch, it will look like this in the file

"this is 5"" inch"

notice the two double quotes.

Find attached a patch file that you can load and you should be able to remove the text enclosure.

Changed default value for text enclosure on export, it not is possible to remove.
that there is no need to enclose character text me, I delete and back out the double quotes.

yes, CSVI Pro 6.4.3 , It is what I have reiterated this issue, because it could have read but I try to delete the quotes reappears.

I checked the 6.4.3 release and there is no default value set for any text enclosure. Can you uninstall CSVI and then install CSVI and the VirtueMart addon again and check? If you still get it, please private message me Joomla and FTP details and I will take a look.
